At Baaz Aura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@baazaura.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
