Where We Ship

We currently ship Canada-wide. We are working on expanding our shipping to additional regions — stay tuned!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check at checkout for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@baazaura.store and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Baaz Aura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@baazaura.store and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
